from our Ocean City, NJ location at the 10th Street Wharf.


Take your practice out of the studio this summer by joining us on the dock or out on the water. All classes take place at the 10th Street Wharf in Ocean City, NJ.

Sunday’s 10am
Morning Paddleboard Yoga


Start your day off right with a Morning Yoga Paddle. Begin with a nice guided warm up paddle around the bay. Next you drop anchor and relax with some yoga on the Paddleboard. Become one with your environment. Come join us!

Sunset Paddle & Meditation


Start off with a relaxing guided Paddle around the bay. Next we head to the docks for some guided Meditation and Reiki sesh with Soul to Soul to clear out the body and mind!!! Finally we catch the amazing sunset, fully relaxed! Classes are $45 if you book online before the class and $50 for walk-ups.

Thursdays 8am
Boot Camp on the Bay


Join us for this 45min Cardio and Strength Training on the dock. Enjoy the view with this total body workout with our certified instructor Blake. Classes are $10 if you book online before the class and $15 for walk-ups.
